Provides overall vision, leadership, and oversight for all fundraising, donor relations, and resource development strategies to ensure EMRD’s financial sustainability and transparency.

Head of Donor Relations & Engagement

Builds and maintains relationships with donors, oversees communication and recognition programs, and ensures transparency and trust in every contribution.

Brother Ibrahim Ahmed

Head of Campaigns & Public Fundraising

Leads EMRD’s online and offline fundraising campaigns including Ramadan, Qurbani, and emergency appeals. Coordinates global volunteers and community ambassadors.

Dr. Salma Idris

Head of Grants & Institutional Funding

Manages grant applications and partnerships with international organizations. Ensures EMRD’s proposals align with donor requirements and uphold Sharia compliance.

Ahmed Musa

Finance & Compliance Coordinator

Tracks, verifies, and reports all donations and expenditures. Ensures transparency, accountability, and ethical fund management across EMRD projects.

Ustadh Abdulrahman Saleh

Head of Outreach & Masjid Fundraising Initiatives

Coordinates with masajid, Islamic centers, and community leaders to host fundraising events and awareness campaigns. Strengthens EMRD’s grassroots fundraising network.

Sister Leila Yusuf

Donor Communications & Reporting Officer

Prepares impact reports, newsletters, and donor updates. Ensures all supporters see the tangible results of their generosity with clarity and professionalism.
