EMRD’s Development & Infrastructure Department is in the early stage of identifying priority project sites, consulting with local Muslim leaders, and assessing community needs across Eritrea and the diaspora. Our goal is to ensure that every future project is guided by Sharia principles, sustainability, and true community input.
Masjid Construction & Renovation
Building safe and inspiring spaces for prayer, learning, and unity. Currently in early planning to identify key regions and gather architectural and community input for design and needs assessment.

Establishing modern, faith-driven educational environments that integrate Islamic and academic learning. The team is reviewing possible school sites and collaborating with scholars and educators to define core needs.

In collaboration with the EMRD Islamic Education Department , we are preparing, renting, and setting up temporary facilities to support Qur’anic learning and teacher training as part of EMRD’s educational foundation phase.
